How will I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received, this is to indicate that we have received your sales order.


I have not received an email confirmation of my order, whats wrong?

Order confirmations are instant and so should be received within minutes of completing an order. However, there could be one of two reasons why you've not received this emails.

1. The email id used to register with us was incorrect.

2. The span filter in your email server has blocked the mail. Please check the folder for spam mails to find if the email from MallOfAustralia.com.au has landed there. Also configure the span filter to allow emails from MallOfAustralia.com.au to be delivered to your inbox.

How to find a compatible cartridge?

On your printer you would find a number like "HP DeskJet F2280". On our website on the search box at the right enter the number 2280 and click on search. From the search result find the cartridge that matches the brand of your printer.


How many pages will my Inkjet Cartridge print?

This varies depending on many points: Percentage of page covered, Quality of Image, Size of Image, Type of Paper Printed on. Manufacturers normally show figures at 5% coverage, this information where given by the manufacturers is shown by clicking on the "more" button in our web-shop.
